The Jakarta Smart City (JSC) website has not fully met accessibility standards for visually impaired users, making it difficult for them to access digital information. This study aims to evaluate the accessibility level of the JSC website based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and to design and implement a more accessible UI/UX for visually impaired users using the Agile Development method. This research adopts a qualitative approach with Agile stages consisting of communication, planning and design, development, and testing and feedback. Data were collected through interviews with members of the DPP Pertuni Foundation and accessibility testing using the NVDA screen reader. The results indicate that the previous JSC website had several accessibility issues, including images without alternative text, low color contrast, and important menus that could not be read by screen readers. The designed prototype proved to be more accessible and easier to use for eight visually impaired respondents.
