      Struktur Komunitas Lamun Di Pulau Tidung Besar Dan Tidung Kecil Kepulauan Seribu

      Abstract
      Lamun merupakan komponen penting ekosistem pesisir yang berperan sebagai habitat, daerah asuhan, dan sumber pakan bagi berbagai organisme laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis struktur komunitas lamun serta membandingkan kondisi ekosistem lamun di Pulau Tidung Besar dan Pulau Tidung Kecil. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2024 di enam stasiun pengamatan menggunakan metode transek kuadran. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi kerapatan, persentase tutupan, indeks keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dominansi, serta analisis similaritas Bray–Curtis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima spesies lamun, yaitu Thalassia hemprichii, Enhalus acoroides, Cymodocea rotundata, Syringodium isoetifolium, dan Halophila ovalis. Spesies T. hemprichii memiliki kerapatan tertinggi dengan rata-rata 143,11 ind/m². Persentase tutupan lamun tergolong kategori sedang. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman berkisar 0,23–0,62, indeks keseragaman 0,17–0,42, dan indeks dominansi 0,27–0,74, dengan dominansi tertinggi pada Stasiun 5. Analisis Bray–Curtis mengelompokkan stasiun penelitian ke dalam empat kelompok dengan tingkat kemiripan tertinggi pada Stasiun 3 dan 4.       Seagrass ecosystems play an essential role in coastal environments as habitats, nursery grounds, and food sources for marine organisms. This study aimed to analyze seagrass community structure and compare ecosystem conditions between Tidung Besar and Tidung Kecil Islands. The research was conducted in October 2024 at six stations using the quadrat transect method. Parameters analyzed included seagrass density, percentage cover, diversity, evenness, dominance indices, and Bray–Curtis similarity analysis. The results showed that five seagrass species were identified, namely Thalassia hemprichii, Enhalus acoroides, Cymodocea rotundata, Syringodium isoetifolium, and Halophila ovalis. Among these, T. hemprichii exhibited the highest density, with an average of 143.11 ind/m². Seagrass cover was generally classified as moderate. Diversity index values ranged from 0.23 to 0.62, evenness from 0.17 to 0.42, and dominance from 0.27 to 0.74, with the highest dominance at Station 5. Bray–Curtis analysis grouped the stations into four clusters, with the highest similarity observed between Stations 3 and 4.
