      Abstract
Kecamatan Panimbang diidentifikasi memiliki potensi genangan terbesar.

Pandeglang Regency is one of the areas with high potential for tsunami disasters. This is because Pandeglang Regency is located directly at the meeting point of two active plates, the Eurasian and Indo-Australian plates. This study aims to map and analyse the level of tsunami hazard in the coastal areas of Pandeglang Regency using a Geographic Information System (GIS) using three tsunami height scenarios, namely 1 m, 5 m, and 10 m. The mapping of tsunami-affected areas using the Berryman method was carried out by utilising several parameters such as slope gradient, coastline, land use (surface roughness coefficient), and tsunami height along the coastline. In this study, the tsunami hazard level was classified into three classes based on the flooded area, namely high (>3 m), medium (1-3 m), and low (<1 m). The spatial analysis results showed that six sub-districts in Pandeglang Regency were predicted to be flooded with three different inundation scenarios. These scenarios include inundation depths of 1 m, 5 m, and 10 m, resulting in areas potentially affected of 142,3 ha, 854,1 ha, and 3.486,3 ha, respectively. Panimbang District was identified as having the greatest potential for inundation.
