      Abstract
      Istilah demam dengue (DD) digunakan untuk penyebutan berbagai jenis penyakit demam dengue, antara lain demam dengue ringan, demam berdarah dengue (DBD), dan dengue shock syndrome (DSS). Perubahan iklim dapat merubah variabilitas curah hujan dan diurnal temperature range (DTR) yang dapat memengaruhi penyakit DD yang terus mengalami peningkatan selama bertahuntahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan variabilitas curah hujan dan DTR terhadap risiko variabilitas IR DD pada tingkat ringan, sedang, dan berat di Jawa Barat dari periode historis (1985-2014) dan masa depan (2031-2060). Pengolahan data dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase perubahan frekuensi masing-masing tingkat IR DD (ringan, sedang, berat) pada masingmasing kabupaten/kota menggunakan analisis regresi linear. Koreksi bias dilakukan pada data ScenarioMIP dan GeoMIP. Persentase perubahan frekuensi IR DD di Jawa Barat berdasarkan variabilitas curah hujan dan DTR umumnya mengalami peningkatan terutama pada tingkat berat. Peningkatan pada skenario GeoMIP lebih rendah dari ScenarioMIP, masing-masing dapat mencapai 7,7% dan 74,8% di bawah SSP2-4.5, serta 5,9% dan 72,9% di bawah G6Sulfur. Persentase perubahan frekuensi dalam komparasi SSP2-4.5 dan G6Sulfur mengalami penurunan yang mencapai -3% berdasarkan variabiltas curah hujan dan meningkat hingga 9,2% berdasarkan DTR pada tingkat berat.
       
      The term dengue fever (DF) is used to refer to various types of dengue fever, including mild dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), and dengue shock syndrome (DSS). Climate change can alter the variability of rainfall and diurnal temperature range (DTR) which can affect DF that has continued to increase over the years. This study aims to determine the effect of changes in rainfall and DTR variability on the risks of DF variability incidence rate (IR) at mild, moderate, and severe levels in West Java from the historical period (1985-2014) and the future (2031-2060). Data processing is carried out to obtain the percentage value of changes in the frequency of each level of DF IR (mild, moderate, severe) in each regency/city using linear regression analysis. Bias correction was performed on ScenarioMIP and GeoMIP data. The percentage change in DF IR frequency in West Java based on rainfall and DTR variability generally increased, especially at the severe level. The increase in the GeoMIP scenario is lower than that of ScenarioMIP, respectively reaching 7,7% and 74,8% under SSP2-4.5, and 5,9% and 72,9% under G6Sulfur. The percentage change in frequency in the comparison of SSP2-4.5 and G6Sulfur decreased to -3% based on rainfall variability and increased to 9,2% based on DTR at the severe level.
