      Peran Gender dan Kesenjangan Literasi Digital Pelaku Usaha Mikro (Kasus: Komunitas UMKM Keripik Tempe Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru)

      Abstract
      Transformasi digital membuka peluang bagi UMKM, namun kesenjangan literasi digital masih dipengaruhi faktor gender dan pembagian peran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran gender serta mengukur dan membandingkan tingkat literasi digital pelaku usaha pada Komunitas UMKM Keripik Tempe Kramat Pela. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 40 responden yang terdiri atas 21 perempuan dan 19 laki-laki, dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji beda Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perempuan masih dominan pada peran reproduktif dan sebagian peran produktif, sementara laki-laki lebih menonjol pada peran produktif dan sosial. Tingkat literasi digital secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Perempuan unggul pada indikator kecakapan digital, sedangkan laki-laki lebih tinggi pada indikator etika, keamanan, dan budaya digital. Berdasarkan uji Mann-Whitney, dari keempat dimensi literasi digital yaitu kecakapan digital, etika digital, keamanan digital, dan budaya digital, hanya dimensi etika digital yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan, di mana perempuan memiliki skor lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki.
       
      Digital transformation opens opportunities for MSMEs, but the digital literacy gap is still influenced by gender factors and role division. This study aims to analyze gender roles and measure and compare the digital literacy levels of business actors in the Kramat Pela Tempe Chips MSME Community. The study was conducted using a survey method and in-depth interviews with 40 respondents consisting of 21 women and 19 men, analyzed descriptively and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results show that women are still dominant in reproductive roles and some productive roles, while men are more prominent in social productive roles. The overall digital literacy level is in the moderate to high category. Women excel in the digital proficiency indicator, while men are higher in the digital ethics, security, and culture indicators. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, among the four dimensions of digital literacy, digital skills, digital ethics, digital safety, and digital culture, only the digital ethics dimension showed a significant difference, with women scoring lower than men.
