      Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Konsumsi Minuman Berpemanis pada Siswa SMAN 1 Dramaga

      Abstract
      Konsumsi minuman berpemanis mengalami peningkatan pesat dalam satu dekade terakhir, terutama pada kelompok usia remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan konsumsi minuman berpemanis pada siswa SMAN 1 Dramaga. Desain penelitian yaitu cross-sectional study dengan 95 subjek yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan modifikasi Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square serta korelasi Spearman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden (78,9%) memiliki frekuensi konsumsi minuman berpemanis tinggi (=1 kali per hari). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara ketersediaan minuman berpemanis di rumah (p=0,030; r=0,223) serta pengaruh teman sebaya (p=0,026; r=0,228) dengan konsumsi minuman berpemanis. Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) antara usia, jenis kelamin, uang saku, pengetahuan, ketersediaan minuman berpemanis di sekolah, dan paparan media dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman berpemanis.
       
      The consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) has risen sharply over the past decade, particularly among adolescents. This study aimed to identify factors associated with SSB consumption among students at SMAN 1 Dramaga. A cross-sectional design was employed with 95 subjects selected via purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire and a modified Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Data analysis included univariate and bivariate tests using chi-square and Spearman correlation. The results indicated that the majority of respondents (78.9%) had a high frequency of SSB consumption (=1 time/day). A significant association was found between the availability of SSBs at home (p=0.030; r=0.223) and peer influence (p=0.026; r=0.228) with SSB consumption. No significant associations (p>0.05) were observed for age, gender, pocket money, knowledge, SSB availability at school, and media exposure.
