      Pengembangan Sistem Akuisisi Data Pada Rainfed Fertigation System Untuk Budidaya Tanaman Sayuran Secara Hidroponik

      Abstract
      Rainfed fertigation system adalah sistem fertigasi yang memanfaatkan air hujan sebagai sumber utama air baku. Pada rainfed fertigation system untuk budidaya tanaman sayuran secara hidroponik, pemantauan kualitas air baku perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa parameter kualitas air baku sesuai bagi kebutuhan sistem hidroponik. Pemantauan dengan sensor masih terbatas pada penyimpanan lokal dan belum dapat diakses secara real-time. Diperlukan sistem akuisisi data berbasis online supaya dapat dipantau secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang perangkat elektronika, mengembangkan sistem akuisisi data, dan menerapkannya pada budidaya tanaman sayuran secara hidroponik. Komponen elektronika yang digunakan adalah Arduino Mega 2560, ESP32, pH, TDS, EC DFRobot, pH, EC Atlas Scientific, DS18B20, JSN-04SRT, dan YF-DN50. Tahapan penelitian meliputi: (1) analisis kebutuhan sistem, (2) perancangan sistem, (3) implementasi sistem, dan (4) evaluasi kinerja sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan desain sistem akuisisi data dan tampilan akses yang menyajikan informasi terkait parameter kualitas air baku, larutan nutrisi, ketinggian air dalam tangki, dan volume pemanenan air hujan secara real-time maupun harian. Hasil pengujian sistem selama satu periode tanam memvalidasi bahwa rancangan tersebut mampu menyajikan data valid untuk keseluruhan parameter yang dipantau. Pengujian tampilan akses mendapatkan skor penilaian yaitu B (excellent) yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan.
       
      The rainfed fertigation system is a fertigation approach that uses rainwater as the main source of raw water. In hydroponic vegetable cultivation, monitoring raw water quality is essential to ensure that its parameters meet the requirements of the hydroponic system. Current sensor-based monitoring remains limited to local storage and cannot be accessed in real time. Therefore, an online data acquisition system is required for real-time monitoring. This study aims to design electronic devices, develop a data acquisition system, and implement it in hydroponic vegetable cultivation. The electronic components used include Arduino Mega 2560, ESP32, pH, TDS, and EC sensors from DFRobot, pH and EC sensors from Atlas Scientific, DS18B20, JSN-04SRT, and YF-DN50. The research stages include: (1) system requirements analysis, (2) system design, (3) system implementation, and (4) system performance evaluation. The study produced a data acquisition system and an interface displaying information on raw water quality parameters, nutrient solution, water level in the tank, and harvested rainwater volume, both in real time and daily. Testing over one cultivation period validated that the design provided accurate data for all monitored parameters. The interface evaluation obtained a score of B (excellent), indicating that the system performed as designed.
