      Analisis sebaran spasial banjir rob di wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi

      Abstract
      Wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi, merupakan kawasan yang sangat rentan terhadap banjir rob akibat kombinasi deformasi tanah berupa penurunan muka tanah dan kenaikan muka air laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan luasan wilayah genangan banjir rob pada tahun 2025 dan prediksinya di tahun 2045, serta mengetahui apa saja penggunaan lahan yang terdampak banjir rob. Data yang digunakan adalah citra Sentinel-1A untuk analisis deformasi tanah dengan metode Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR), citra Sentinel-2A untuk klasifikasi penggunaan lahan, data pasang surut, Digital Elevation Model Nasional (DEMNAS) untuk elevasi, data sea level anomaly (SLA) untuk perhitungan laju kenaikan muka laut, serta data angin dan curah hujan sebagai faktor pendukung. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata deformasi tanah sebesar 1,45 cm/tahun dan laju kenaikan muka air laut sebesar 0,4307 cm/tahun. Luas genangan banjir rob diperkirakan mencapai 10.794,21 ha pada tahun 2025 dan meningkat menjadi 11.210,45 ha pada tahun 2045. Tambak menjadi jenis lahan paling terdampak, disusul oleh sawah, mangrove, kebun, dan permukiman. Temuan ini menjadi dasar penting dalam perencanaan tata ruang pesisir dan strategi mitigasi jangka panjang terhadap risiko banjir rob.
       
      The coastal area of Muara Gembong Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, is highly vulnerable to tidal flooding due to a combination of land deformation in the form of land subsidence and sea level rise. This study aims to map the extent of tidal flooding in 2025 and predict it in 2045, as well as to identify the types of land use affected by tidal flooding. The data used are Sentinel-1A images for land deformation analysis using the Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) method, Sentinel-2A images for land use classification, tidal data, National Digital Elevation Model (DEMNAS) for elevation, Sea Level Anomaly (SLA) data for calculating sea level rise rates, and wind and rainfall data as supporting factors. The results show an average land deformation of 1.45 cm/year and a sea level rise rate of 0.4307 cm/year. The area of tidal flooding is estimated to reach 10,794.21 ha in 2025 and increase to 11,210.45 ha in 2045. Ponds are the most affected type of land, followed by rice fields, mangroves, gardens, and settlements. These findings form an important basis for coastal spatial planning and long-term mitigation strategies against tidal flooding risks.
