      Sikap Generasi Z terhadap QRIS dalam Pembelian Produk Pangan pada UMKM di Kota Serang

      Abstract
      Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital mendorong adopsi QRIS sebagai sistem pembayaran nontunai terstandar oleh Bank Indonesia, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z. Tujuan dati penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sikap Generasi Z terhadap atribut QRIS untuk pembelian pangan di UMKM Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer dari 139 responden Generasi Z yang pernah menggunakan QRIS dalam satu bulan terakhir untuk pembelian produk pangan UMKM di Kota Serang. Data dianalisis menggunakan model sikap multiatribut Fishbein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap Generasi Z terhadap sebagian besar atribut QRIS adalah positif dengan lima di antara seluruh atribut memiliki sikap netral. Generasi Z juga secara keseluruhan tergolong positif terhadap QRIS. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini menjadi dasar bagi Bank Indonesia, penyedia jasa sistem pembayaran, dan pelaku UMKM untuk memperkuat keamanan data, memperluas adopsi QRIS, serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna agar sesuai dengan preferensi Generasi Z.
       
      The rapid development of digital technology is driving the adoption of QRIS as a standardized non-cash payment system by Bank Indonesia, especially among Generation Z. The purpose of this study is to analyze Generation Z's attitudes toward QRIS attributes for food purchases at MSMEs in Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data from 139 Generation Z respondents who have used QRIS in the last month for purchasing MSME food products in Serang City. The data was analyzed using Fishbein's multi-attribute attitude model. The research results indicate that Generation Z's attitude toward most QRIS attributes is positive, with five out of all attributes having a neutral attitude. Generation Z is also generally positive toward QRIS. The implications of this research's findings serve as a foundation for Bank Indonesia, payment system providers, and MSME actors to strengthen data security, expand QRIS adoption, and enhance user experience to align with Generation Z preferences.
