      Abstract
      Pertumbuhan jumlah apotek di Indonesia terus meningkat dalam satu dekade terkahir. Nurani Group sebagai perusahaaan yang berfokus dalam ritel apotek menghadapi kondisi ketidakkonsistenan karyawan dalam menjalankan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik karyawan, menganalisis determinan kepatuhan karyawan dalam pelaksanaan SOP, serta merumuskan strategi mutu layanan melalui peningkatan kepatuhan SOP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS dengan pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus sebanyak 67 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan dengan tingkat kepatuhan laki-laki lebih tinggi. Analisis determinan menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengawasan dan kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pelaksanaan SOP, sedangkan faktor motivasi karyawan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan diantaranya morning briefing, audit internal, serta pelatihan berbasis praktik bagi karyawan.
       
      The growth in the number of pharmacies in Indonesia has continued to increase in the last decade. Nurani Group as a company that focuses on pharmacy retail faces the condition of inconsistency of employees in carrying out Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This research aims to identify employee characteristics, analyze the determinants of employee compliance in the implementation of SOP, and formulate a service quality strategy through increasing SOP compliance. The research method used was using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS with sample collection using census techniques of 67 employees. The results showed that gender had a significant relationship with compliance with higher levels of male compliance. Determinant analysis showed that employee supervision and competence factors had a positive and significant effect on compliance with the implementation of SOP, while employee motivation factors did not show a significant influence. Strategies that can be applied by companies include morning briefings, internal audits, and practice-based training for employees.
