      Abstract
      Wakaf hijau, seperti hutan wakaf, memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pelestarian lingkungan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Indonesia, namun rendahnya literasi wakaf dan tingkat keterlibatan (engagement rate) media sosial menghambat jangkauan audiens, terutama generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan engagement rate akun Instagram Hutan Wakaf Bogor (@hutanwakaforg) melalui pendekatan action research. Metode ini melibatkan siklus iteratif perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan kolaborasi bersama tim pengelola media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan engagement rate dari 0,4% menjadi 3,535% pada siklus kedua, didorong oleh diversifikasi konten, seperti kolaborasi dengan influencer, penggunaan reels, dan konten edukatif. Pertumbuhan pengikut juga meningkat stabil dari 2,28 menjadi 3,53 per konten. Pengaruh intervemsi action research dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digital yang kontekstual. Implikasinya, strategi ini dapat meningkatkan literasi wakaf hijau, memperluas partisipasi masyarakat, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.
       
      Green waqf, such as waqf forests, holds significant potential to support environmental conservation and community empowerment in Indonesia, yet low waqf literacy and social media engagement rates hinder outreach, particularly among the youth. This study aims to design and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the engagement rate of Hutan Wakaf Bogor’s Instagram account (@hutanwakaforg) using an action research approach. This method involves iterative cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection, collaborating with the social media management team. The results show a significant increase in engagement rate from 0.4% to 3.535% in the second cycle, driven by content diversification, including influencer collaborations, reels, and educational content. Follower growth also stabilized, rising from 2.28 to 3.53 per post. The Impact of action research in optimizing contextual digital strategies. The implications include improved green waqf literacy, broader community participation, and support for sustainable development.
