      Abstract
      Usia remaja merupakan fase penting dalam siklus hidup manusia yang memengaruhi kesehatan saat dewasa dan generasi berikutnya. Saat ini, prevalensi gizi kurang pada remaja Indonesia usia 13–18 tahun tercatat 7,3–18%, sedangkan gizi lebih 12–16,2%, sehingga masih terjadi double burden of malnutrition. Kondisi ini berimplikasi pada risiko penyakit kronis, gangguan kognitif, serta masalah reproduksi. Oleh karena itu, intervensi gizi perlu diperluas hingga 8000 HPK, khususnya pada remaja putri. Salah satu upaya adalah edukasi gizi seimbang dengan media yang sesuai karakteristik generasi Z, yakni visual, digital, dan interaktif. Inovasi berupa website edukasi gizi yang diakses melalui barcode pada keychain menawarkan kemudahan, portabilitas, serta konten variatif. Media ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi remaja, mengurangi misinformasi, dan mendorong perilaku makan sehat.
       
      Adolescence is a critical life stage influencing both future health and the next generation. In Indonesia, the prevalence of undernutrition among adolescents aged 13–18 years is 7.3–18%, while overnutrition reaches 12–16.2%, reflecting a double burden of malnutrition. This condition is associated with long-term risks such as chronic diseases, cognitive impairment, and reproductive health issues. Therefore, nutrition interventions should be extended to the 8000-day period, particularly among adolescent girls. A promising strategy is balanced nutrition education through media tailored to Generation Z, which values visual, digital, and interactive learning. An innovative approach is a website-based education tool accessed via a barcode on a keychain, offering portability, accessibility, and varied content. This media is expected to improve adolescents’ nutrition knowledge, reduce misinformation, and promote healthier eating behaviors.
