      Pengembangan Media Edukasi Puzzle Plate untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Periodisasi Gizi Bagi Atlet Usia Remaja

      Abstract
      Permasalahan yang terjadi pada atlet beladiri adalah kekurangan atau kelebihan berat badan sebelum pertandingan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan populasi usia 10-13 tahun berjumlah 42 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Mayoritas subjek berusia 11 tahun dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan mendapatkan uang saku sebesar >Rp15.000. Mayoritas tingkat pendidikan Ayah dan ibu adalah lulusan D4/S1. Pekerjaan Ayah mayoritas karyawan perusahaan swasta dengan pendapatan =UMR Kota Bandung. Sementara, Ibu mayoritas wirausahawan dengan pendapatan =UMR Kota Bandung. Hasil menunjukan usia subjek, pekerjaan dan pendapatan ibu memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan gizi subjek sebelum intervensi (p<0,05). Hasil dari uji kelayakan media menjunjukan bahwa media ini sangat layak dengan nilai rata-rata 90,75%. Setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan (p<0,05). Media menunjukan daya terima yang baik dari subjek, ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,6 dari skor maksimal 4.
       
      The problem faced by martial artists is being underweight or overweight before a competition. Sampling in this study used the Saturation Sampling technique with a population of 42 people aged 10-13 years. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The majority of subjects were 11 years old, male, and received pocket money of >Rp15,000. The majority of fathers and mothers had a D4/S1 degree. The majority of fathers worked as employees in private companies with an income =UMR Kota Bandung. Meanwhile, the majority of mothers were entrepreneurs with an income =UMR Kota Bandung. The results showed that the age of the subjects, the occupation, and the income of the mothers had a significant relationship with the subjects' nutritional knowledge before the intervention (p<0.05). The results of the media feasibility test showed that this media was very feasible with an average score of 90.75%. After the education was provided, there was a significant increase in knowledge (p<0.05). The media showed good acceptance by the subjects, as indicated by an overall average score of 3.6 out of a maximum score of 4.
