Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang umum terjadi pada remaja putri di Indonesia dan berdampak pada kesehatan, prestasi belajar, serta kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas media edukasi Iron Booster Card sebagai upaya pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri. Desain peneltian berupa pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 40 siswi kelas XI di SMAN 5 Bandung. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank setelah uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan distribusi tidak normal (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan responden setelah intervensi (p<0,001). Tingkat kesukaan responden terhadap media pada kategori sangat tinggi (rata-rata 3,9 dari skala 4). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Iron Booster Card efektif dan disukai sebagai media edukasi pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri, sehingga berpotensi diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran kesehatan di sekolah. Anemia is a common health problem among adolescent girls in Indonesia, affecting health, academic performance, and quality of life. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the Iron Booster Card as an educational medium for anemia prevention among adolescent girls. A pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed, using purposive sampling of 40 eleventh-grade students at SMAN 5 Bandung. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test after the Shapiro–Wilk normality test indicated a non-normal distribution (p<0.05). Results showed a significant improvement in respondents’ knowledge after the intervention (p<0.001). The respondents’ level of preference toward the media was very high (average 3.9 out of 4). In conclusion, the Iron Booster Card is effective and well-received as an educational for anemia prevention among adolescent girls, and has the potential to be implemented in school health education programs.
