      Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kurikulum Bogor Hopitality School Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Prototype

      Abstract
      Pengelolaan kurikulum di Bogor Hospitality School (BHS) sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan, duplikasi data, dan kesalahan administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi kurikulum berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses pembuatan, pemetaan, persetujuan, dan pelaporan kurikulum. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype dengan lima tahapan: pengumpulan kebutuhan dan analisis, desain cepat, pemodelan desain sepat, konstruksi prototipe, serta deployment, delivery dan feedback. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel untuk backend dan diujikan menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan fungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur utama, seperti autentikasi, manajemen data PEO, CPL, mata kuliah, pemetaan kurikulum, pembuatan laporan PDF, dan notifikasi, berjalan sesuai harapan. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan kurikulum di Bogor Hospitality School (BHS), serta siap diimplementasikan untuk mendukung operasional akademik.
       
      Curriculum management at Bogor Hospitality School (BHS) was previously conducted manually, which often led to delays, data duplication, and administrative errors. This study aims to develop a web-based curriculum information system to facilitate the processes of creation, mapping, approval, and reporting of the curriculum. The system was developed using the prototype method with five stages: requirement and analysis, quick design, modeling of quick design, construction of prototype, and deployment, delivery with feedback. The system was built using the Laravel framework for the backend and tested with the black box testing method to ensure its functionalities meet user requirements. The test results show that all main features, including authentication, management of PEO, CPL, courses, curriculum mapping, PDF report generation, and notifications, worked as expected. The developed system successfully improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in curriculum management at Bogor Hospitality School (BHS) and is ready for implementation to support academic operations.
