      Analisis Kebutuhan Karyawan di Akademi Sepak Bola Tingkat Kabupaten menggunakan Metode NASA-TLX

      Abstract
      Peningkatan jumlah siswa di Bina Sentra Football Academy (BSFA) yang tidak diimbangi dengan penambahan tenaga kerja menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan beban kerja di antara karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat beban kerja mental karyawan untuk menentukan kebutuhan SDM yang ideal, serta merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat menurunkan beban kerja mental dan meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan metode NASATLX dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 13 karyawan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bina Sentra Football Academy yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidakjelasan peran, tumpang tindih tugas, serta tingginya beban kerja mental pada jabatan kepala asrama, kitman, staf dapur, dan supir. Rekomendasi mencakup penambahan personel, penyusunan job description yang lebih jelas, restrukturisasi organisasi, serta peningkatan sistem pelaporan dan fasilitas kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.
       
      The increase in the number of students at Bina Sentra Football Academy (BSFA) which is not balanced with the addition of the workforce causes an imbalance in the workload among employees. This study aims to analyze the level of mental workload of employees to determine the ideal human resource needs, as well as formulate recommendations for improvement that can reduce mental workload and improve performance. This study used a quantitative and qualitative approach using the NASA-TLX method and in-depth interviews with 13 employees. The research was carried out at Bina Sentra Football Academy which is located in Cirebon Regency, West Java. The results of the study showed that there was an unclear role, overlapping tasks, and a high mental workload in the positions of dormitory head, kitman, kitchen staff, and drivers. Recommendations include adding personnel, preparing clearer job descriptions, restructuring organizations, and improving reporting systems and work facilities to increase employee performance in a sustainable manner.
