Implementasi Modul Administrator Pada Sistem HRIS untuk Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Kepegawaian di PT Maksima Candrakanta Cipta
Abstract
Seiring dengan pesatnya transformasi digital, PT Maksima Candrakanta Cipta menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian manual yang rentan terhadap inkonsistensi data, kesalahan input, serta kesulitan dalam pelacakan absensi, cuti, dan riwayat portofolio karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui implementasi modul administrator pada sistem Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Menggunakan metode waterfall, penelitian ini mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem (termasuk ERD, use case, dan flowchart), implementasi (Model-View-Controller dengan Laravel dan MySQL), serta pengujian black-box. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan dashboard admin menyediakan ringkasan metrik utama, fungsionalitas pengelolaan staf (termasuk penambahan, pengeditan, dan penghapusan), manajemen portofolio dan event karyawan, serta sistem persetujuan pengajuan cuti dan absensi. Pengujian black-box terhadap 40 skenario kasus menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, membuktikan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan mampu mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian With the rapid digital transformation, PT Maksima Candrakanta Cipta faces
challenges in manual personnel management that is prone to data inconsistencies,
input errors, and difficulties in tracking employee absences, leave, and portfolio
history. This study aims to address these issues by implementing an administrator
module in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Using the waterfall
method, this study includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design
(including ERD, use cases, and flowcharts), implementation (Model-ViewController with Laravel and MySQL), and black-box testing. The implementation
results show that the admin dashboard provides a summary of key metrics, staff
management functionality (including adding, editing, and deleting), employee
portfolio and event management, and a leave and absence approval system. Blackbox testing of 40 case scenarios showed a 100% success rate, proving that the
system functions according to user needs and is able to optimize operational
efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making in personnel management.
