      Pengaruh Faktor Organisasi, Lingkungan, Dan Teknologi Terhadap Keputusan Petani Kopi Arabika Gayo Mengadopsi Sertifikasi Fairtrade Organic

      Abstract
      Sertifikasi Fairtrade Organic (FTO) merupakan skema sertifikasi yang menggabungkan dua sertifikasi penting, sertifikasi Organic dengan prinsip berkelanjutan lingkungan dan sertifikasi Fairtrade keadilan sosial dalam produksi kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor organisasi, lingkungan, dan teknologi terhadap keputusan petani kopi Arabika Gayo di Kabupaten Bener Meriah dalam mengadopsi sertifikasi FTO. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner kepada 200 petani, terdiri dari 100 petani bersertifikasi dan 100 petani non-sertifikasi, yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor organisasi, lingkungan, dan teknologi meningkatkan keputusan petani mengadopsi sertifikasi FTO. Sebaliknya, variabel kontrol seperti usia, pendidikan, luas lahan, pengalaman, jumlah tanggungan, produktivitas, dan orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan kelembagaan petani, kesadaran lingkungan, dan penyediaan teknologi dalam mendorong adopsi sertifikasi berkelanjutan.
       
      Fairtrade Organic (FTO) certification combines two schemes, Organic certification which empasize environmental sustainability, and Fairtrade certification, which promotes social justice in coffee production. This study analyze organizational, environmental, and technological factors Influencing Arabica Gayo coffee farmers in Bener Meriah to adopt FTO certification. Data were collected through questionnaires from 200 farmers (100 certified, 100 non certified) using purposive sampling, and analyze with descriptive methods and PLS-SEM. Result show that social, environment, and technological factors drive adoption, while individual characteristics (age, education, land size, experience, income, productivity, and entrepreneurship oerientation) have no significant effect. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening farmer institution, environment awareness, and technology provision to encourage sustainable adoption
