The Batukarut area in the PTN Bodogol Resort Utilization Zone, TNGGP, is an area with high ecotourism potential, but it still faces challenges in optimizing the role of its social networks, including weak participation, limited access to information, and a lack of training in ecotourism management. This study employs a method combining quantitative techniques for social network data and qualitative methods for data on community participation barriers. The study identified nine actors involved in ecotourism development in Batukarut, with KTH Maju Bersama ranking highest as the most influential actor, the actor reaching the most other actors, and the actor most frequently serving as an intermediary for other actors. Community participation barriers include information barriers, economic barriers, social barriers, skill barriers, and accessibility barriers. The designed outputs include a guidebook in the form of a booklet for ecotourism development in Batukarut and an ecotourism program.
