      Abstract
      PT Rumah Pangan Nusantara merupakan unit usaha mikro yang membudidayakan kacang koro pedang sebagai komoditas utama yang tengah menghadapi masalah pada hasil panennya. Penumpukan kacang koro yang melebihi masa batas simpan menjadi keras dan tidak layak dijual sebagai produk mentah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan kacang koro yang melewati masa simpan menjadi unit bisnis minuman sari kacang koro sebagai upaya diversifikasi produk melalui integrasi vertikal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis SWOT, analisis regresi linier berganda, IFE-EFE, QSPM, dan analisis kelayakan usaha secara non finansial dan finansial. Hasil dari regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa faktor rasa, harga, dan kemasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap faktor minat beli dengan faktor harga menjadi dominan. Aspek non finansial mencakup perencanaan produk, pasar, teknis, organisasi, dan SDM. Usaha dinyatakan layak berdasarkan analisis finansial meliputi indikator NPVRp140.928.007, IRR 43%, Net B/C 3,19, Gross B/C 1,24, Payback Period 4 tahun, dan analisis sensitivitas kenaikan bahan baku hingga 10%
       
      PT Rumah Pangan Nusantara is a micro-enterprise cultivating koro beans as its main commodity, which is currently facing issues with post-harvest outcomes. The accumulation of beans that exceed their storage period results in hardening, making them unsuitable for sale as raw products. This study aims to examine the utilization of beans that have surpassed their storage period into a business unit producing sword bean extract beverages as an effort of product diversification through vertical integration. The methods employed include SWOT analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, IFE-EFE, QSPM, and both non-financial and financial feasibility analyses. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that taste, price, and packaging significantly influence purchase intention, with price being the dominant factor. Non-financial aspects cover product, market, technical, organizational, and human resource planning. The business is deemed feasible based on financial analysis, indicated by NPV of IDR140,928,007, IRR of 43%, Net B/C of 3.19, Gross B/C of 1.24, Payback Period of 4 years, and sensitivity analysis of raw material cost increases up to 10%.
