      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan inventarisasi emisi pencemar udara pada industri semen dengan memanfaatkan data Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), kualitas udara ambien, dan perhitungan emisi dari sumber bergerak. Fokus kajian mencakup identifikasi sumber, tingkat pencemar, serta tren emisi tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pengolahan data cerobong, estimasi emisi kendaraan dengan metode Vehicle Kilometers Traveled (VKT), serta evaluasi kualitas udara ambien dan lingkungan kerja. Hasil menunjukkan kiln menjadi sumber utama dengan konsentrasi gas pencemar tertinggi, sedangkan sumber bergerak berkontribusi besar pada karbon monoksida (CO) dan partikulat (PM10). Nilai emisi masih berada di bawah baku mutu, namun terjadi fluktuasi akibat variasi operasi dan aktivitas transportasi. Visualisasi melalui dashboard Power BI menyajikan informasi emisi secara terstruktur sehingga memudahkan analisis dan pemantauan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis pengendalian pencemaran udara dan mendorong praktik industri berkelanjutan.
       
      This study aims to inventory air pollutant emissions in the cement industry using Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) data, ambient air quality, and mobile source emission calculations. The scope covers identifying sources, pollutant levels, and emission trends in 2024. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied through stack emission analysis, vehicle emission estimation using the Vehicle Kilometers Traveled (VKT) method, and evaluation of ambient and workplace air quality. Results indicate the kiln as the main source with the highest gas concentrations, while mobile sources significantly contribute to carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM10). Emission values remain below standards, though fluctuations occur due to operational and transport variations. Visualization with a Power BI dashboard structures emission information to ease analysis and monitoring. This research is expected to support strategic decision-making in air pollution control and promote sustainable industrial practices
