dc.description.abstractPT Cahaya Buana Intitama adalah perusahaan manufaktur didirikan pada tahun 1985 dengan fokus utama pada produksi furnitur. Sebagai salah satu produsen furnitur plastik terbesar di Indonesia. PT Cahaya Buana Intitama mengalami kendala downtime pada mesin MA 650 G1 yang mengganggu produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan permasalahan pada mesin MA 650 G1, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Root Cause Analysis untuk mencari akar masalah dilakukan dengan metode 5 Why, dilanjut dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, Manajemen perawatan, Pilar TPM, Reliability Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, Diagram Pareto. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai OEE mesin MA 650 G1 masih dibawah standar Japan Institite of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), dan kerugian terbesar disebabkan oleh reduce speed losses. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi tersebut dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan memberikan solusi yang tepat kepada perusahaan.
dc.description.abstractPT Cahaya Buana Intitama is a manufacturing company established in 1985 with a primary focus on furniture production. As one of the largest plastic furniture manufacturers in Indonesia, PT Cahaya Buana Intitama faces downtime issues with the MA 650 G1 machine that disrupt production. This research aims to define the problems related to the MA 650 G1 machine, utilizing the Root Cause Analysis method to find the root causes through the 5 Whys technique, followed by the collection of primary and secondary data, maintenance management, TPM pillars, Reliability Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, and Pareto Diagrams. The analysis results indicate that the OEE value of the MA 650 G1 machine is still below the standards set by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), with the largest losses attributed to reduced speed losses. Based on these identification results, this can aid in decision-making and provide appropriate solutions for the company.
