      Abstract
Supplements as feed additives can enhance health and improve quail production performance. PT Liza Herbal International as a company that produces herbal products, sees the potential of quail farming which has increasing market prospects, so a desire arose to contribute to the quail farming sector by making quail supplement products. This research was conducted using a quantitative method consisting of analysis of the value of COGS, Selling Price, Net Present Value (NPV), Benefits Cost Ratio (B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Sensitivity Analysis, and Switching Value of PT Liza Herbal International’s quail supplement products. From the analysis of financial feasibility, B/C ratio value of 1.62 was obtained and a payback period of 1.46 years which indicated that this business is feasible to run because the B/C ratio value is >1 and this business will start turning over before second year. If viewed from the analysis of break even point (BEP), quail supplement products will be produced by 155,952 bottles a year. If viewed from the sensitivity analysis, the results showed that quail supplement products would be unviable if raw material prices increased above 85% and selling prices decreased above 21%.
