      Abstract
      WAHYU RAMDANI. Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Board Game Edukasi Keuangan Bisnis. Dibimbing oleh ARIF IMAM SUROSO dan KHAIRIYAH KAMILAH. UMKM memainkan peran vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih banyak pelaku usaha yang memiliki kendala dalam manajemen bisnisnya karena kemampuan manajemen keungan. Board game Catatan Cuan yang dikembangkan oleh startup Nexplus hadir sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen keuangan bisnis bagi pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal Nexplus, merumuskan strategi alternatif, serta menentukan strategi prioritas dalam pengembangan produk Catatan Cuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis strategis tiga tahap (IFE, EFE, IE Matrix, dan QSPM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahawa Nexplus berada pada posisi hold and maintain dalam memanfaatkan kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal usaha sehingga direkomendasikan untuk membuat konten edukatif di media sosial mengenai manfaat board game edukatif dalam literasi keuangan dan pembelajaran aktif serta menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintah untuk memperkuat branding board game Catatan Cuan sebagai media belajar keuangan bisnis. Kata kunci: analisis strategis, board game, literasi keuangan, strategi pengembangan, UMKM.
       
      WAHYU RAMDANI. Business Development Strategy for a Business Financial Education Board Game. Supervised by ARIF IMAM SUROSO and KHAIRIYAH KAMILAH. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy. However, many business actors still have problems in managing their business due to financial management capabilitie. The Catatan Cuan board game, developed by the startup Nexplus, serves as an interactive learning tool to enhance financial management understanding among MSME players. This study aims to identify the internal and external factors of Nexplus, formulate alternative strategies, and determine strategic priorities for the development of Catatan Cuan. The method used is a three-stage strategic analysis (IFE, EFE, IE Matrix, and QSPM). The results indicate that Nexplus is positioned in a "hold and maintain" condition in responding to internal and external business environments. Therefore, it is recommended that Nexplus produce educational content on social media about the benefits of educational board games for financial literacy and active learning, as well as collaborate with government institutions to strengthen the branding of Catatan Cuan as a financial learning medium for businesses.
