Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan gizi, konsumsi fast food, aktivitas fisik, dan status gizi pada mahasiswa/i Asrama PPKU IPB University. Desain penelitian menggunakan comparative cross-sectional study yang terdiri dari 60 laki-laki dan 60 perempuan yang dipilih dengan metode systematic random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian form secara mandiri serta wawancara dan pengukuran langsung. Subjek perempuan memiliki pengetahuan gizi baik (61,7%), lebih tinggi dibanding laki-laki (35%). Rata-rata frekuensi konsumsi fast food subjek laki-laki lebih sering (53,3%) dibanding perempuan (38,3%). Subjek laki-laki memiliki tingkat aktivitas sedang (66,7%) lebih tinggi dibanding perempuan (21,7%). Sebagian besar subjek memiliki status gizi normal (65%). Ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dan konsumsi fast food pada subjek laki-laki (p=0,013). Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dan konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi (p>0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan gizi, konsumsi fast food, dan aktivitas fisik tidak secara langsung memengaruhi status gizi individu, dikarenakan faktor lain yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap status gizi. This study aims to analyze correlation between nutritional knowledge, fast food consumption, physical activity, and nutritional status among students in the PPKU Dormitory. The study design used a comparative cross-sectional study consisting of 60 men and 60 women selected using a systematic random sampling method. Data were collected through self-administered form, interviews, and direct measurements. Female subjects had a higher level of nutritional knowledge (61.7%) than male subjects (35%). The average frequency of fast food consumption among male subjects was more frequent (53.3%) than female subjects (38.3%). Most male subjects had a moderate level of activity (66.7%) higher than female subjects (21.7%). Most subjects had normal nutritional status (65%). There was a significant relationship between nutritional knowledge and fast food consumption in male subjects (p=0,013). There was no significant relationship between physical activity, fast food consumption and nutritional status (p>0.05). It can be concluded that nutritional knowledge, fast food consumption, and physical activity did not directly affect an individual's nutritional status, due to other factors that could affect nutritional status.
