      Validasi Metode Penetepan Kadar Hidrogen Peroksida dalam Cairan Pembersih Noda Pakaian Menggunakan Autotitrator Mettler Toledo T7

      Abstract
      Hidrogen peroksida adalah oksidator kuat yang banyak digunakan sebagai pemutih dalam cairan pembersih noda pakaian. Penelitian ini memvalidasi metode penetapan kadar H2O2 menggunakan autotitrator disebabkan karena penyesuaian terhadap SOP internal PT Reckitt Benckiser dengan SNI 06-6989.22-2004. Validasi dilakukan melalui pengujian parameter spesifisitas, linearitas, batas deteksi dan kuantifikasi, akurasi, presisi, ketangguhan, serta ketahanan. Hasil validasi menunjukkan nilai R2 sebesar 1,0000; BD dan BK sebesar 2,25 × 10-3 dan 6,68 ×10-3 mg/mL; presisi menunjukkan SBR sebesar 0,69% sehingga < ½ %CVHorwitz dan presisi antara memiliki Fhitung < Ftabel; %perolehan kembali dalam rentang 101-103%; ketangguhan dengan Fhitung < Ftabel; serta ketahanan menunjukkan SBR sebesar 0,97; 1,44; 1,42%. Dengan demikian, metode yang digunakan memenuhi seluruh parameter yang disyaratkan sehingga dapat digunakan untuk analisis rutin penetapan H2O2 dalam sampel cairan pembersih noda pakaian.
       
      Hydrogen peroxide was a strong oxidizing agent that was widely used as a bleaching component in stain remover liquid products. This study validated the method for determining H2O2 content using an autotitrator due to adjustments of PT Reckitt Benckiser's internal SOP to comply with SNI 06-6989.22-2004. The validation was carried out through the testing of parameters including specificity, linearity, detection and quantification limits, accuracy, precision, robustness, and ruggedness. The validation results showed an R² value of 1.0000; LOD and LOQ values of 2.25 x 10-3 and 6.68 x 10-3 mg/mL; precision with and SBR of 0.69%, wich was < ½ %CVHorwitz and intermediate precision with Fcalculated < Ftable; %recovery in the range of 101–103%; robustness with Fcalculated < Ftable; and ruggedness with RSD values of 0.97; 1.44; 1.42%. Therefore, the method fulfilled all required parameters and was considered suitable for routine analysis of H2O2 determination in clothing stain remover liquid samples.
