      Analisis Kepuasan Pengunjung Agrowisata One Home Farm Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pengunjung, menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung, menerapkan atribut prioritas untuk perbaikan kinerja, dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial dari strategi perbaikan pada One Home Farm. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan analisis finansial R/C ratio. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung One Home Farm didominasi oleh laki-laki, mayoritas usia 15-25 tahun, berdomisili di Bogor, berpendidikan D4/S1, bekerja sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa, dan berpenghasilan >Rp3.000.000. Analisis CSI menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung mencapai 80,43% yang berada dalam kategori puas. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan terdapat satu atribut di kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk perbaikan kinerja, yaitu pemandangan dan suasana wisata yang sejuk dan asri. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa strategi perbaikan yang diusulkan dapat meningkatkan R/C ratio dari 0,2 (tidak layak) menjadi 1,3 (layak).
       
      This study aims to analyze visitor characteristics, assess visitor satisfaction levels, apply priority attributes for performance improvement, and evaluate the financial viability of improvement strategies at One Home Farm. The methods used include descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and financial analysis using the R/C ratio. Descriptive analysis shows that visitors to One Home Farm are predominantly male, mostly aged 15 25 years, residing in Bogor, holding a D4/S1 degree, working as students, and earning >Rp3,000,000. CSI analysis indicates that visitor satisfaction levels reach 80.43%, falling within the satisfied category. The IPA analysis results indicate that there is one attribute in quadrant I that is the top priority for performance improvement, namely the scenic and pleasant tourist atmosphere. Financial analysis shows that the proposed improvement strategy can increase the R/C ratio from 0.2 (unprofitable) to 1.3 (profitable).
