      Pengembangan Media TikTok sebagai Media Edukasi untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan MP-ASI pada Ibu di Posyandu Mawar X

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media edukasi berbasis TikTok (@Carewithmom) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu di Posyandu Mawar X mengenai pemberian Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MP-ASI). Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design dengan responden sebanyak 43 ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengembangan media mengikuti model 4D, menghasilkan video edukasi singkat dari beberapa sumber terpercaya. Hasil analisis efektivitas menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan responden setelah intervensi melalui media edukasi TikTok @Carewithmom dengan nilai p < 0.001 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media edukasi TikTok efektif dan dapat diterima sebagai sarana edukasi gizi bagi para ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui, khususnya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan praktik MP-ASI yang tepat.
       
      This study developed a TikTok-based educational medium (@Carewithmom) to enhance mothers’ knowledge of complementary feeding (MP-ASI) at Mawar X Posyandu. A one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted with 43 pregnant and breastfeeding mothers recruited through purposive sampling. The media was developed using the 4D model, resulting in short educational videos created from credible sources. Effectiveness was assessed using the Wilcoxon test, which showed a significant improvement in respondents’ knowledge after the intervention (p < 0.001, lower than 0.05). These findings suggest that TikTok-based media is both effective and acceptable as a nutrition education tool for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, particularly in improving knowledge of appropriate complementary feeding practices.
