      Abstract
Pengujian fisis mencakup kadar air, kerapatan, berat jenis, dan rasio penyusutan tangensial/radial, sedangkan pengujian mekanis mencakup Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), Modulus of Rupture (MOR), kekuatan tarik, serta Modulus Elastisitas Dinamis (MOEd).

Betung bamboo is a potential alternative to wood, but research on the properties of its blades is limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of growing altitude, culm section, and clump location on the physical and mechanical properties of the bamboo blades, and to compare destructive and non-destructive testing. Physical properties tested included moisture content, density, specific gravity, and the tangential-to-radial shrinkage ratio, while mechanical tests covered Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), Modulus of Rupture (MOR), tensile strength, and Dynamic Modulus of Elasticity (MOEd). The results showed that all these factors significantly affect the bamboo blades' properties. However, the relationship between MOEd and other properties was very limited, with the highest coefficient of correlation (r) being only 0.467.
