dc.description.abstractPT Semesta Gemilang Agritainment adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi susu kambing, namun masih menghadapi masalah kelebihan produksi yang belum diolah menjadi produk lain. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pengolahan susu kambing menjadi susu pasteurisasi menjadi solusi yang potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis nilai tambah, kelayakan bisnis, dan manajemen risiko dari usaha susu pasteurisasi kambing. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis nilai tambah dengan metode Hayami, studi kelayakan bisnis (finansial dan no finansial), serta analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pasteurisasi mampu memberikan nilai tambah sebesar 53%. Usaha ini dinilai layak dijalankan dengan NPV Rp97.775.342, IRR 46%, Gross B/C 1,22, Net B/C 3,81, dan payback period 4 tahun 1 bulan. Switching value menunjukkan batas toleransi penurunan penjualan sebesar 17,92% dan kenaikan harga bahan baku 60,85%.
dc.description.abstractPT Semesta Gemilang Agritainment is a company that produces goat milk, but still faces the problem of excess production that has not been processed into other products. To overcome this, the processing of goat milk into pasteurized milk is a potential solution. This research aims to analyze the added value, business feasibility, and risk management of the goat pasteurization milk business. The methods used include value-added analysis with the Hayami method, business feasibility studies (financial and non financial), and SWOT analysis. Research results show that the pasteurization process is able to provide an added value of 53%. This business is considered worth running with NPV Rp97.775.342, IRR 46%, Gross B/C 1,22, Net B/C 3,81, and payback period 4 years 1 month. Switching value shows a tolerance limit for a decrease in sales of 17,92% and an increase in raw material prices of 60,85%.
