dc.description.abstractAgribusiness and Technology Park mengalami permasalahan pada penjualan pakcoy organik yang tidak mengalami perkembangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian, menganalisis sikap konsumen pada atribut pakcoy organik dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha dari bisnis pakcoy organik. Metode analisis sikap konsumen menggunakan multriatribut Fishbein. Hasil skor sikap konsumen pakcoy organik sebesar 89,05 menunjukan bahwa pakcoy organik dinilai baik oleh konsumen. Atribut yang dinilai penting oleh konsumen adalah kesegaran dan daya tahan yangmemiliki nilai tertinggi. Prioritas utama yang perlu diperbaiki adalah harga dan kemasan. Analisis finansial menunjukkan penerimaan laba bersih Rp13.257.600 dan peningkatan R/C ratio sebesar 2,9 yang menandakan strategi ini layak untuk diterapkan.
dc.description.abstractThe Agribusiness and Technology Park is experiencing problems with organic pakcoy sales, which are not growing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the purchasing decision-making process, analyze consumer attitudes towards organic pakcoy attributes and analyze the business feasibility of the organic pakcoy business. Consumer attitude analysis method using Fishbein's multi-attribute. The result of the consumer attitude score for organic pakcoy is 89.05, indicating that organic pakcoy is considered good by consumers. The attributes considered important by consumers are freshness and durability, which have the highest scores. The main priorities that need to be improved are price and packaging. Financial analysis shows a net profit of Rp13.257.600 and an increase in the R/C ratio of 2,9, which indicates that this strategy is feasible to implement.
