      Pengaruh Pupuk Dasar NPK dan Pupuk Daun terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Selada Keriting (Lactuca sativa L.)

      Abstract
      Pemupukan merupakan hal yang terpenting dimana tidak bisa dilepaskan dari produksi budidaya pertanian. Berbagai macam jenis dan kadar hara terkandung pupuk yang dikomersialkan. Namun terdapat permasalahan pada pupuk yang diberikan dengan cara tabur pada tanah adalah tidak mudah tersedia untuk tanaman dikarenakan faktor pupuk sendiri (mudah tercuci dan menguap) dan faktor tanah. Teknis aplikasi pemupukan dengan cara semprot pada tajuk mengurangi permasalahan pupuk tabur yang dimiliki dan juga hara mikro bisa diberikan bersamaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember tahun 2024 di Kebun Percobaan Cikabayan IPB Dramaga dan Laboratorium Pemuliaan Tanaman Departemen Agronomi dan Hortikultura. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) faktorial dengan dua faktor berupa dosis pupuk NPK 16:16:16 dan konsentrasi pupuk daun 20:15:15+mikro. Faktor pertama berupa empat taraf dosis pupuk NPK 16:16:16 yaitu: 0 g polybag^-1; 1,5 g polybag^-1; 4,5 g polybag^-1; 7,5 g polybag^-1. Faktor kedua berupa empat taraf konsentrasi pupuk daun 20:15:15+mikro yaitu: 0 g l^-1; 1,5 g l^-1; 4,5 g l^-1; 7,5 g l^-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pupuk NPK 16:16:16 hanya cenderung nyata pada bobot kering tajuk tanaman dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 1,09 gram pada dosis 1,5 g polybag^-1. Perlakuan aplikasi pupuk daun 20:15:15+mikro cenderung nyata pada peubah pengamatan tinggi tanaman umur minggu keempat (4 MST) dan jumlah daun umur minggu kedua (2 MST), konsentrasi 1,5 g l^-1 menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 17,38 cm dan 3,42 helai, secara berurutan. Analisis ragam menunjukkan pengaruh interaksi pupuk NPK dan pupuk daun tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada peubah pengamatan pertumbuhan dan hasil.
       
      Fertilizing is the most important thing that cannot be separated from agricultural cultivation production. Various types and contents of nutrients are contained in commercialized fertilizer. However, there is a problem with fertilizer given by sprinkling it on the soil, namely that it is not easily available to plants due to the fertilizer itself (easily leached and evaporated) and soil factors. Application of technical fertilizer by spraying on shoot plants mitigated the problem of sprinkling fertilizer, and also micronutrients can be given at the same time. This research was implemented from October to December 2024 in Kebun Percobaan Cikabayan IPB Dramaga and Laboratorium Breeding Crops Agronomy and Horticulture Departement. Experiment using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) factorial within two factors in the form of NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 and foliar fertilizer 20:15:15+micro. The First factor is four levels of dosage NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 namely:0 g polybag^-1; 1,5 g polybag^-1; 4,5 g polybag^-1; 7,5 g polybag^-1. The second factor is four levels of concentration foliar fertilizer 20:15:15+micro consisted: 0 g l^-1; 1,5 g l^-1; 4,5 g l^-1; 7,5 g l^-1. The resulting experiment found that the effect of NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 only tended to be significant to dry matter shoot plants with the highest value as the amount is 1,09 grams at a dosage of 1,5 g polybag^-1. Treatment of application foliar fertilizer 20:15:15+micro only tended to affect variable observation height plant in the fourth week of age plant (4 WAT) and number of leaves in the second week of age plant (2 WAT), a concentration of 1,5 g l^-1 resulting in average value 17,38 cm and 3,42 pieces, respectively. The result of the variance analysis found that the effect of the interaction between NPK fertilizer and foliar fertilizer was not significantly affecting the growth and yield variable observation
