      Optimasi Alokasi Penerbitan Obligasi Pemerintah Indonesia Berdenominasi Valuta Asing Menggunakan Mixed Integer Linear Programming

      Abstract
      Obligasi negara berdenominasi valuta asing merupakan salah satu instrumen surat utang yang dibutuhkan dalam pembiayaan pembangunan ekonomi. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan penerbitan obligasi berdenominasi valuta asing, proses pemilihan tingkat suku bunga kupon memengaruhi total biaya penerbitan. Penelitian ini memprediksi tingkat suku bunga kupon menggunakan model CIR dan menghitung total biaya penerbitan untuk obligasi pemerintah berdenominasi valuta asing sesuai dengan skenario suku bunga yang sudah didapatkan dari estimasi parameter model CIR. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model CIR dapat diterapkan dalam penghitungan tingkat suku bunga kupon dan Mixed Integer Linear Programming dapat menghasilkan alokasi penerbitan obligasi pemerintah Indonesia berdenominasi valuta asing yang optimal.
       
      Foreign currency-denominated government bonds are one of the debt instruments as well as a means of financing economic development. In meeting the needs of foreign currency-denominated bond issuance, the process of selecting the coupon interest rate affects the total issuance cost. This study predicts the coupon interest rate using the CIR model and calculates the total issuance cost for foreign currency-denominated government bonds based on the interest rate scenarios obtained from the CIR model. This study shows that the CIR model can be applied in calculating the coupon interest rate, and that Mixed Integer Linear Programming can produce an optimal allocation for the issuance of foreign currency-denominated government bonds.
