The reclamation of post-mining land faces challenges due to nutrient-poor soil conditions that do not support plant growth. Organic pots and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have the potential to enhance soil fertility and promote plant development. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of organic pots and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in supporting the growth of mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) seedlings in post-silica mining media. A split-plot experimental design was used, with the main plot being mycorrhizal inoculation (F0, F1) and the subplots consisting of different organic pot compositions (Kr1, Kr2, Kr3). The application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) significantly influences seedling height, biomass accumulation, and root colonization. The combination of organic pot composition significantly increased plant height, biomass, and root colonization. In contrast, the interaction between the two treatments showed no significant differences across all measured parameters.
