      Pertumbuhan dan Produktivitas Tanaman Sambung Nyawa dengan Penambahan Dosis Pupuk Kandang Domba yang Berbeda di Tanah Latosol

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh dosis pupuk kandang domba terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas sambung nyawa (Gynura procumbens) yang ditanam pada media tanah latosol. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 10 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 = kontrol (5 kg tanah polybag-1), P1 = P0 + pupuk kandang domba 10 ton ha-1, P2 = P0 + pupuk kandang domba 20 ton ha-1, P3 = P0 + pupuk kandang domba 30 ton ha-1 dan pengulangan 10 kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 stek sambung nyawa. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 10 minggu, parameter yang diukur meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, luas daun, jumlah tunas, diameter cabang, berat segar, dan berat kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang domba meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, luas daun, dan berat segar maupun berat kering. Penggunaan pupuk domba dengan dosis 30 ton ha-1 mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi sambung nyawa.
       
      This study aimed to evaluate the effect of organic fertilizer doses from sheep manure on the growth and productivity of sambung nyawa planted in latosol soil media. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments and 10 replications. The treatments were as follows P0 = control (5 kg of soil polybag-1), P1 = P0 + 10 ton ha-1 of sheep manure, P2 = P0 + 20 ton ha-1 of sheep manure, and P3 = P0 + 30 ton ha-1 of sheep manure. This study used 40 sambung nyawa cuttings. Observations were carried out for 10 weeks, the parameters were plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, leaf area, number of shoots, branch diameter, fresh weight, and dry weight. The results showed that giving of sheep manure increased plant growth and biomass, with a significant increase in plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, and fresh and dry weight. The use of sheep manure with a dose of 30 ton ha-1 was able to increase the growth and production of sambung nyawa.
