| dc.description.abstract | PT. X merupakan salah satu Perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi minuman ready-to-drink (RTD) seperti jelly stick, ice stick, dan minuman serbuk sereal. Sarana produksi berbasis powder sejak awal tahun 2024 belum memiliki izin penerapan CPPOB, sedangkan untuk sarana produksi berbasis liquid telah memiliki izin penerapan. Dengan adanya penambahan jenis produk baru dilakukan pembaharuan izin sarana produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesenjangan terhadap implementasi CPPOB dan melakukan pendampingan persiapan audit eksternal serta perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi CPPOB pada sarana produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan CPPOB sebesar 50% sebelum pendampingan dengan temuan “kritis”. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan, penerapan meningkat menjadi 83% dengan kategori penilaian “Baik”. Rekomendasi perbaikan merujuk pada ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Keputusan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan No. HK.02.02.1.2.01.22.63 Tahun 2022. Hasil evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pendampingan menunjukkan tren positif dalam peningkatan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar yang berlaku. | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT. X is a manufacturing company that produces ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages such as jelly sticks, ice sticks, and cereal powder drinks. Since early 2024, the powder-based production facility has not had a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) implementation permit. Meanwhile, the liquid-based production facility has had a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) implementation permit. However, with the addition of new product types, the production facility permit was renewed. This study aims to analyze gaps in GMP implementation and provide assistance in preparing for external audits and improvements made to obtain GMP certification for the production facility. The results showed that GMP implementation was 50% before the assistance with critical findings. After the assistance, implementation increased to 83% with a "Good" category. The improvement recommendations refer to Keputusan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan No. HK.02.02.1.2.01.22.63 of 2022. The evaluation results of the assistance implementation showed a positive trend in increasing the level of compliance with applicable standards. | |
