| dc.description.abstract | ALDIVO ANUGRAHA. Analisis Pendapatan Usaha dengan Penambahan Populasi Ayam
Petelur di Rachmat Farm Bandung. Dibimbing oleh POPONG NURHAYATI.
Rachmat Farm adalah usaha peternakan telur ayam yang memiliki jumlah
permintaan telur yang lebih tinggi dari pada jumlah produksi, untuk mengatasi hal
tersebut penambahan jumlah ayam petelur dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis dampak penambahan jumlah ayam petelur (DOC) terhadap kondisi
finansial dan produktivitas usaha Rachmat Farm di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode
yang digunakan meliputi analisis biaya tetap dan variabel, analisis laba rugi, R/C
ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), dan anggaran parsial. Sebelum pengembangan,
usaha ini menghasilkan laba bersih sebesar Rp4.889.004 dengan nilai R/C ratio
sebesar 1,41 dan BEP sebesar 372 kg. Sesudah penambahan DOC menjadi 500
ekor, laba bersih meningkat secara signifikan menjadi Rp32.464.079, nilai R/C
ratio naik menjadi 1,61, dan BEP menurun menjadi 319 kg. Analisis anggaran
parsial menunjukkan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp27.545.075, yang
memperkuat kelayakan strategi pengembangan ini.

Hen Population at Rachmat Farm Bandung. Supervised by POPONG NURHAYATI.
Rachmat Farm is a chicken egg farming business that has a higher demand
for eggs than the production volume, to overcome this, an increase in the number
of laying hens is carried out.This study objective to analyze the impact of increasing
the number of laying hens (DOC) on the financial condition and productivity of
Rachmat Farm in Bandung Regency. The methods used include fixed and variable
cost analysis, profit and loss analysis, R/C ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), and
partial budgeting. Before expansion, this business generated a net profit of
Rp4.889.004 with an R/C ratio of 1,41 and a BEP of 372 kg. After increasing the
number of DOC to 500, net profit increased significantly to Rp32.464.079, the R/C
ratio increased to 1,61, and the BEP decreased to 319 kg. The partial budget analysis
showed an additional profit of Rp27.545.075, which strengthens the feasibility of
this development strategy.
