      Abstract
      CV Tri Anom Agrotektur memiliki kendala yaitu terdapat banyak hasil panen biji kopi reject grade C yang tidak terjual oleh pasar dan belum ada solusi untuk memanfaatkan sisa biji kopi reject grade C yang tidak terjual tersebut. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dan kelayakan pengolahan biji kopi reject grade C menjadi cookies kopi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis nilai tambah, finansial dan non finansial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bisnis layak dijalankan dengan nilai tambah positif Rp 4.263.311 dan rasio nilai tambah 30%. Analisis R/C rasio sebesar 2,1%, BEP tercapai, ROI 60%, dan payback period selama 1 tahun. Temuan baru penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan biji kopi reject grade C yang tidak terjual dan meningkatkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan.
       
      CV Tri Anom Agrotektur has a problem, namely that there are many grade C reject coffee bean harvests that are not sold by the market and there is no solution to utilize the remaining unsold grade C reject coffee beans. The research objective is to analyze the added value and feasibility of processing grade C reject coffee beans into coffee cookies. The methods used include value-added, financial and non-financial analysis. The results show that the business is feasible with a positive added value of Rp 4,263,311 and a value-added ratio of 30%. R/C ratio analysis of 2,1%, BEP achieved, ROI of 60%, and payback period of 1 years. The new finding of this research is to utilize unsold grade C reject coffee beans and increase profits for the company.
