      Produktivitas Tangkapan Bagan Perahu menggunakan Lampu Bawah Air di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Karangantu

      Abstract
      Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Karangantu di Banten merupakan pusat perikanan tangkap yang produktif, dengan salah satu alat tangkap andalan yaitu bagan perahu. Cahaya dari lampu yang dipasang di atas bagan perahu mengalami pembiasan, sehingga efektivitas penggunaannya menjadi kurang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini, menghitung gaya apung dan gaya tenggelam lampu bawah air, mengukur pola sebaran intensitas cahaya lampu bawah air untuk mengetahui efektivitas pencahayaan, mengidentifikasi komposisi hasil tangkapan dengan dan tanpa lampu bawah air menggunakan alat tangkap bagan perahu, dan membandingkan produktivitas hasil tangkapan ikan dengan dan tanpa lampu bawah air menggunakan alat tangkap bagan perahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah experimental fishing. Hasil tangkapan dengan lampu bawah air terdiri dari ikan teri, cumi-cumi, ikan kembung, dan ikan tongkol dengan total 2.083 kg, lebih tinggi dibandingkan tanpa lampu bawah air yang hanya 1.572 kg. Produktivitas rata-rata dengan lampu bawah air mencapai 130 kg/trip, sedangkan tanpa lampu bawah air sebesar 98 kg/trip. Penggunaan lampu bawah air meningkatkan 33% hasil tangkapan nelayan.
       
      Karangantu Fishing Port in Banten is a productive centre for capture fisheries with one of the mainstays of fishing gear, the boat lift nets. The light from the lamp installed on the boat is refracted, making its use less than optimal. The objectives of this study are to calculate the buoyancy and sinking forces of underwater lights, measure the intensity distribution pattern of underwater lights to determine their lighting effectiveness, identify the composition of fish catches with and without underwater lights using boat nets, and compare the productivity of fish catches with and without underwater lights using boat nets. The method used was experimental fishing. The catch with underwater lamp consisted of anchovies, squid, mackerel, and tuna totalling 2,083 kg, higher than without underwater lights at only 1,572 kg. Average productivity with underwater lights reached 130 kg/trip, while without underwater lights it was 98 kg/trip. The use of underwater lights increased fishermen's catch by 33%.
