      Efektivitas Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) Dalam Pembelajaran Pembuatan Konten Pemasaran Digital Bagi Komunitas UMKM SASUMA

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis CMC dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai strategi pembuatan konten pemasaran digital serta membandingkan hasil pembelajaran antara kelompok eksperimen menggunakan video interaktif dan video teks serta kelompok kontrol tidak mendapat perlakuan. Metode yang digunakan true-experimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test control group dan jumlah peserta 32 anggota komunitas UMKM SASUMA. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas media pembelajaran CMC berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 48,72% dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai strategi konten dan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol (t = 2,396; sig. 0,023 < 0,05).
       
      This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of CMC-based learning in improving participants understanding of digital marketing content creation strategies and to compare learning outcomes between the experimental group using interactive videos and text videos and the control group that did not receive any treatment. The method used was a true-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group and a total of 32 participants from the SASUMA MSME community. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of CMC-based learning media falls into the moderate category, with an N-Gain value of 48.72% in improving participants' understanding of content strategies. There is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (t = 2.396; sig. 0.023 < 0.05).
