      Abstract
      Sistem informasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, menekan biaya manajemen, dan mendukung pengelolaan data terintegrasi. Dalam pengelolaan infrastruktur jalan tol, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk membentuk Road Asset Management System (RAMS). Saat ini, pendataan aset jalan tol masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan fitur pengelolaan aset jalan tol yang mendukung pemantauan dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping, mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasis website dengan fitur pembuatan rencana anggaran pemeliharaan serta penyediaan informasi aset jalan melalui peta interaktif. Pengujian dengan black-box testing pada sembilan skenario menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kriteria fungsional dan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen data dan mendukung pemeliharaan aset jalan tol
       
      Information systems play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing management costs, and supporting integrated data management. In toll road infrastructure management, this system can be developed using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to form a Road Asset Management System (RAMS). Currently, toll road asset data collection is still done manually, making it less efficient. This research aims to develop toll road asset management features that support monitoring and maintenance. This research used a prototyping method, encompassing needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The results of the research are a website-based application with features for creating maintenance budget plans and providing road asset information through interactive maps. Black-box testing on nine scenarios showed that all functions run according to functional criteria and can improve data management efficiency and support toll road asset maintenance.
