      Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan E-Learning website is one of the media used by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for employee training. One of the materials needed and very important is complaint handling which includes the procedures that need to be carried out by all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in handling complaints from social security participants. This learning video was created to increase interest and also facilitate understanding regarding complaint handling that must be applied. The editing process greatly determines the results of the learning video which includes combining shots, adding graphics, audio, and other supporting elements. The editing stage is divided into offline editing (collecting, grouping and sequencing shots), online editing (picture lock, finishing, and mastering), review and revision, and publication. The editing technique applied is continuity editing, which is editing that maintains the continuity of the storyline by using cutting techniques and appropriate transitions. The results of applying this technique produce a storyline that flows naturally, as well as smooth transitions between scenes so as not to disturb the audience's concentration.
