      Abstract
      PT Ratu Bio Indonesia masih mengandalkan metode komunikasi konvensional untuk layanan konsultasi maklon, yang sering kali mengakibatkan keterlambatan respons dan informasi yang kurang jelas. Pendekatan pengembangan yang dipilih adalah metode iteratif untuk memastikan adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan yang berubah. Hasil penelitian meliputi pembuatan fitur chat dengan activity diagram, struktur data, dan skema aktivitas, serta pengembangan menggunakan Laravel 10 dan Chatify untuk komunikasi instan, ditambah pengujian fungsional yang mengkonfirmasi kinerja chat dan FAQ. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada optimalisasi proses konsultasi maklon dan minimalkan miskomunikasi. Fitur chat memungkinkan respons lebih. Dianjurkan untuk melakukan perawatan berkala agar sistem berjalan dengan lancar.
       
      PT Ratu Bio Indonesia still relies on conventional communication methods for its manufacturing consulting services, which often results in response delays and unclear information. The development approach chosen is an iterative method to ensure adaptation to changing needs. The research included the creation of a chat feature with activity diagrams, data structures, and activity schemas, and development using Laravel 10 and Chatify for instant communication, plus functional testing that confirmed the performance of the chat and FAQ. This research focuses on optimizing the process of clone consultation and minimizing miscommunication. The chat feature allows for more responsiveness. Regular maintenance is recommended to keep the system running smoothly.
