Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah,
termasuk Direktorat Guru PAUD dan PNF, untuk mengadopsi sistem digital guna
meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Permasalahan dalam pengelolaan kegiatan yang
masih manual menyebabkan keterlambatan proses dan potensi kesalahan data.
Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem manajemen kegiatan berbasis web yang
terintegrasi QR Code, sehingga peserta dapat melakukan pendaftaran dan pengisian
biodata secara mandiri. Modul yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur pembuatan,
pengelolaan, dan pemantauan kegiatan serta tautan biodata melalui QR Code.
Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Scrum selama empat sprint, mulai dari
analisis kebutuhan hingga evaluasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black-box
menggunakan teknik equivalence partitioning. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh fitur
berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi kerja,
meminimalkan kesalahan input, serta mendukung pencatatan kegiatan secara realtime. ENTUS AZI BACHTIAR. Development of an Activity Management Module

The advancement of information technology has encouraged government
institutions, including the Directorate of Early Childhood and Community
Education Teachers (PAUD and PNF), to adopt digital systems in order to improve
service efficiency. The existing manual management of activities often leads to
process delays and potential data entry errors. This study aims to develop a webbased activity management system integrated with QR Code technology, allowing
participants to register and complete their personal data independently. The
developed module includes features for creating, managing, and monitoring
activities, along with biodata links accessible via QR Code. The system was
developed using the Scrum methodology over four sprints, starting from
requirements analysis to evaluation. System testing was carried out using the blackbox method with the equivalence partitioning technique. The results showed that
all features functioned as required. The system successfully improved work
efficiency, minimized input errors, and supported real-time activity documentation.
