      Abstract
      PT Sukaraja Pangan Utama mengalami kendala dalam proses pencatatan produksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyulitkan penghitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) dan pemantauan status produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi produksi terintegrasi melalui modul produk untuk melakukan perhitungan HPP secara otomatis dan modul status produksi untuk menampilkan proses produksi secara menyeluruh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan prototyping dengan tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, pemodelan desain, pembuatan prototipe, serta pengujian dan umpan balik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem berbasis website yang dapat membantu pencatatan data produk, perhitungan HPP, dan pelacakan proses produksi yang lebih terorganisir.
       
      PT Sukaraja Pangan Utama is experiencing problems in the process of recording production which is still done manually, making it difficult to calculate the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS) and monitor production status. This research aims to design an integrated production information system through a product module to automatically calculate COGS and a production status module to display the entire production process. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and literature study. The system development method uses a prototyping approach with the stages of communication, rapid planning, design modeling, prototyping, and testing and feedback. The result of this research is a web-based system that can help record product data, calculate COGS, and track a more organized production process.
