      Penyusunan Standar Teknis Pemenuhan Baku Mutu Air Limbah Aplikasi ke Tanah (Penyiraman) di PT Suryakabel Cemerlang

      Abstract
      Air limbah domestik dari aktivitas perkantoran di PT Suryakabel Cemerlang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Pembangunan Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) direncanakan agar air limbah dapat diolah dan dimanfaatkan untuk penyiraman tanaman di area Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH). Penelitian akhir bertujuan untuk menyusun dokumen standar teknis pemenuhan baku mutu air limbah aplikasi ke tanah untuk penyiraman tanaman berdasarkan Permen LHK No. 5 Tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, penentuan debit, penetapan kriteria desain, perancangan STP, perumusan internalisasi biaya lingkungan, dan penyusunan dokumen standar teknis. Kapasitas STP dirancang sebesar 15 m³/hari menggunakan sistem biofilter anaerob-aerob. Air olahan dimanfaatkan untuk penyiraman tanaman sebesar 11,8 m3/hari. Parameter minyak dan lemak, BOD, COD, TSS, amonia, Total Coliform, dan total detergen berhasil memenuhi baku mutu dengan efisiensi penyisihan yang tinggi melalui proses pengolahan pada STP. Baku mutu pemanfaatan air kelas III untuk penyiraman sesuai PP No. 22 Tahun 2021 telah dipenuhi oleh air hasil olahan, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk penyiraman tanaman. Dokumen standar teknis disusun sebagai acuan penting dalam pengelolaan air limbah secara berkelanjutan.
       
      Domestic wastewater from office activities at PT Suryakabel Cemerlang has the potential to pollute the environment if not managed properly. The construction of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is planned to process wastewater and utilize it for watering plants in the Green Open Space (RTH) area. This research aims to compile technical standard documents to meet wastewater quality requirements in land application for watering plants based on Permen LHK No. 5 of 2021. The methods used include data collection, determining discharge, determining design criteria, designing STPs, formulating internalization of environmental costs, and compiling technical standard documents. The STP capacity is designed at 15 m³/day using an anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system. The processed water is used for watering plants at 11,84 m3/day. The parameters of oil and fat, BOD, COD, TSS, ammonia, Total Coliform, and total detergent successfully meet the quality standards with high removal efficiency through STP processing. The treated water has fulfilled the class III water in accordance with PP No. 22 of 2021, rendering it suitable for watering plants. A technical standard documents has been prepared as a foundational reference in sustainable wastewater management.
