      Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik, Frekuensi Latihan, dan Kebiasaan Konsumsi dengan Komposisi Tubuh Peserta Gym

      Abstract
      Pola hidup sehat bisa dilakukan dengan mengonsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang serta melakukan aktivitas fisik teratur. Latihan beban adalah salah satu aktivitas fisik yang dapat dilakukan unuk mendapatkan komposisi tubuh ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan aktivitas fisik, frekuensi latihan dan kebiasaan konsumsi dengan persen lemak tubuh dan massa otot peserta gym. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study yang dilaksanakan pada Januari-April 2025. Subjek dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total sebanyak 61 laki-laki. Sebagian besar subjek memiliki tingkat aktivitas active dengan frekuensi latihan lanjutan. Asupan energi, lemak,dan karbohidrat tergolong normal, sedangkan protein tergolong berlebih. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan total body fat (p>0,05), namun terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan skeletal muscle (p<0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara frekuensi latihan dengan komposisi tubuh (p>0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan juga pada kebiasaan konsumsi energi dan zat gizi makro dengan komposisi tubuh (p>0,05).
       
      Insufficient physical activity can lead to increased body fat and decreased muscle mass. Weight training is one physical activity that can be done to achieve ideal body composition. This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity, exercise frequency, and dietary habits with the percentage of body fat and muscle mass of gym participants. This study used a cross-sectional study design conducted from January to April 2025. Subjects were selected using a purposive sampling method, with a total of 61 male participants Most subjects had an active activity level and advance exercise frequency. Energy intake, fat, and carbohydrates, were classified as normal, meanwhile protein was excessive. No significant relationship between physical activity and total body fat (p>0.05), but there was a significant relationship with skeletal muscle (p<0.05). There was no significant relationship between exercise frequency and body composition (p>0.05). There was also no significant relationship between food cosumption habits in energy and macronutrient with body composition (p>0.05).
