      Sistem Monitoring serta Peringatan Suhu Dan Kelembapan Menggunakan Sensor DHT22 Berbasis IoT di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi BBPSI Pascapanen Pertanian

      Abstract
      Laboratorium mikrobiologi BBPSI Pascapanen Pertanian memerlukan pemantauan suhu dan kelembapan yang konsisten untuk menjaga kualitas sampel. Pemantauan manual dengan termohigrometer masih digunakan, namun terkendala oleh keterbatasan staf, risiko kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketiadaan sistem peringatan. Proyek ini merancang sistem IoT untuk memantau suhu dan kelembapan secara otomatis dan real time, dilengkapi notifikasi Telegram jika terjadi penyimpangan. Pengujian selama tiga hari di laboratorium dan sistem dapat memberikan notifikasi peringatan saat suhu keluar dari batas aman, serta mampu menampilkan data secara real time melalui Telegram dan website. Berdasarkan analisis komparatif terhadap alat termohigrometer, akurasi sensor DHT22 untuk suhu mencapai 98,53% dan kelembapan 94,35%. Sistem ini terbukti berjalan stabil dan responsif pemantauan lingkungan laboratorium secara otomatis dan jarak jauh.
       
      The BBPSI Postharvest microbiology laboratory requires consistent temperature and humidity monitoring to maintain sample quality. Manual monitoring with a thermohygrometer is still used but is constrained by limited staff, the risk of recording errors, and the absence of an early warning system. This project designed an IoT system to automatically monitor temperature and humidity in real time, with Telegram notifications in case of deviations. Testing for three days in the laboratory, the system can provide warning notifications when the temperature goes out of safe limits and is able to display data in real time via Telegram and website. Based on comparative analysis with a thermohygrometer, the accuracy of the DHT22 sensor for temperature reached 98,53% and humidity 94,35%. The system is proven to run stably and responsively to monitor the laboratory environment automatically and remotely.
