      Potensi Ekonomi Pengelolaan Sampah Pelabuhan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Nizam Zachman sebagai model pelabuhan berkelanjutan. Tujuannya mencakup mengidentifikasi kesesuaian penanganan sampah dengan KP-DJPL 689/2022 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Pelabuhan Berkelanjutan Berwawasan Lingkungan (Ecoport), menentukan persentase jumlah dan jenis sampah, serta menganalisis potensi nilai ekonomi sampah menggunakan gap analysis, analisis deskriptif, kuantitatif, dan nilai tambah dengan Metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 20 parameter pengelolaan lingkungan, 10 parameter sudah sesuai, 3 parameter perlu optimalisasi, dan 7 parameter belum sesuai regulasi dengan kesenjangan 28,3%. Komposisi sampah terdiri dari organik 23% (sisa makanan, kayu, potongan ikan) dan anorganik 77% (plastik, botol, gelas plastik, kardus, besi, kaleng). Perhitungan Metode Hayami pada sampah plastik menghasilkan nilai tambah Rp4.518,52 dengan rasio 50,21%. Penelitian merekomendasikan strategi transformasi sampah menjadi aset ekonomi melalui ekonomi sirkular untuk mendukung implementasi pelabuhan perikanan berkelanjutan.
       
      This study analyzes waste management at Nizam Zachman Ocean Fishing Port as a sustainable port model. The objectives include identifying waste handling compliance with KP-DJPL 689/2022 environmental guidelines (Ecoport), determining waste composition percentages, and analyzing economic potential using gap analysis, descriptive and quantitative analysis, and the Hayami Method. Results show that of 20 environmental parameters, 10 comply, 3 require optimization, and 7 are non-compliant, creating a 28,3% gap. Waste composition comprises 23% organic (food scraps, wood, fish trimmings) and 77% inorganic materials (plastic, bottles, cups, cardboard, iron, cans). Hayami Method calculations for plastic waste yield IDR 4.518,52 added value with 50,21% ratio. The study recommends transforming waste into economic assets through circular economy principles to support sustainable fishing port implementation.
