The Kanaya Fund Program is one of the initiatives carried out by LATIN in responding to problems in social forestry management. The program provides funding and technical assistance to Social Forestry Groups. This program was first implemented in Gambuhan Village, Pemalang Regency as a pilot model and is planned to last for three years (20242027) through KTH Wana Gandrung, focusing on MPTS farming. After assistance will end in 2027, MPTS farming is planned to be continued independently by farmer groups without assistance. This research aims to: (1) analyzing the nonfinancial feasibility of MPTS farming; (2) analyzing the financial feasibility of MPTS farming; (3) analyze the economic feasibility of MPTS farming. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, cost-benefit analysis with investment feasibility criteria (NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR, and PP), and benefit transfer and market price. The results of this study show that the nonfinancial feasibility analysis of MPTS farming is considered feasible to be carried out. In addition, the results of the financial and economic feasibility analysis of MPTS farming were also considered feasible with NPV > 0, B/C Ratio > 1, IRR > 5,25%, and PP < 25 years.
